01.General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the l899 platform, including the website at l899.io, the l899 mobile application, and all associated services. l899 is operated by a licensed gaming company and provides online casino games, sports betting, and related entertainment services to eligible players.

03.Account Registration

To access l899 games and services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each person may hold only one l899 account. If l899 detects that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances held within them may be forfeited pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your l899 username and password. Any remaining balance in an inactive account will be held for a period of 6 months following notification before being forfeited.

04.Deposits

l899 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. l899 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment account that does not match the name on your l899 account, the deposit may be reversed and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

l899 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. l899 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers. All deposits are credited to your l899 account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits made to l899 are for the purpose of gaming only. l899 is not a financial institution and your l899 account balance does not earn interest. l899 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.

05.Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your l899 account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds are returned to their original source. Withdrawals to a different payment method may be permitted in exceptional circumstances at l899's sole discretion.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, l899 requires you to complete identity verification. 06.Bonuses & Promotions

l899 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated, all l899 bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. If the wagering requirement is not met within this period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.

07.Games & Betting Rules

08.Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on l899. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action being taken against you.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with l899 games or services.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
